The Narrows located in Southern Utah at Zions National Park is one of the most beautiful and phantasmagorical places on earth. We, here at Squidink-art.com wanted to shoot some photos of this majestic park. Here are a few photos from our trip to Southern Utah.
Some advice for the fellow trekkers, the heat at Zions National Park is sweltering (especially in the summer time), so bring enough water to stay hydrated. However the heat shouldn’t scare you away from the narrows. The narrows involve slot canyons as tall as the sky (that provide shade) and a gorgeous green-blue river that runs through its canyon.
Bring your water hiking shoes, your hiking poles, and your blow up floating tube, and you will not be disappointed. If you get too hot look for the deep pockets of water that you can jump into for a refreshing splash, and float down the river after trekking through it a few miles up (The work out is worth it).
All hikers should know the level of difficulty concerning the Narrows. If you are going to hike the Narrows at Zions National Park this is a difficult hike as you are in a river bed the entire time. The current can get strong and pushes back as you trek through its rocky terrain. The right shoes can be a game changer.
Here at Squidink-art.com, we wanted to share a few photos that we took on our trek down to one of the Nations most beautiful National Parks. Although we didn’t have time to hit Angel’s Landing, we were able to go up The Narrows. Highly recommended for any outdoors men and enthusiastic hikers.
