This painting started off at a Bob Ross party, that a group of us held last year. Essentially, what this party entailed was a few tables, water for paintbrushes, brushes, paint, lots of fun, and of course watching The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross. (Let the master teach)

We had several people participate (shown below) and make some cool artwork. Where some would paint happy little trees, others took a more surrealist approach, and even character art (Shrek is life). As usual I take a lot of time with my work and I didn’t finish the painting that night, However I certainly laid the foundation for this piece during the party.

There is much more to come with this specific piece, as we are going show a time lapse video that will show how it was created. We will also go in to the idea of the painting and how it formed in future posts.
